TONGUE FLIP EXERCISE
This exercise stretches the tongue and helps it find the best possible position for each individual vowel sound as it flips back into the mouth.

A SHORT ARTICULATION SEQUENCE
This sequence helps to strengthen and tone the muscles that shape our speech (the lips, tongue and soft palate.) Results can come within a few days if practiced two or three times daily. Your speech will sound and feel firmer and stronger.
